Registration Details
The ISSCR 2022 Annual Meeting will be held in person and virtually. All registrants will have access to the virtual meeting platform and programming on demand for 30 days after the event. Visit the registration page to review which components of the program are available to virtual-only registrants. To take advantage of ISSCR member rates, join the ISSCR today.

The Workshop on Clinical Translation will take place on 14 June 2022 and may be added to your ISSCR 2022 registration for an additional fee. It is offered to both in person and virtual registrants.
 
Registration payment can be made using any major credit card. Please contact [email protected] to request an alternate method of payment, such as a check or wire transfer. All fees are in U.S. Dollars.

Please note that the ISSCR will accept check and wire payments through 6 June 2022, after which registration must be paid by credit card in order to guarantee that your registration is fully processed by the start of the meeting.
 
Cancellation Policy: Deadline 4 May 2022  
To cancel your registration, submit your request in writing by 4 May 2022 to [email protected]. Registration fees will be refunded minus a $150.00 USD cancellation fee for the Annual Meeting and/or a $100.00 USD cancellation fee for the Workshop on Clinical Translation. No refunds will be granted after the cancellation deadline of 4 May 2022.

You may also transfer an in-person registration to a virtual registration through 4 May 2022.

If the ISSCR 2022 Annual Meeting transitions to a fully virtual event, all in-person registrations will automatically be converted into virtual registrations and the price difference will be refunded to you. The refunded amount will be calculated based on your registration date. Should a registrant choose not to attend the virtual event, the registrant will be eligible to request a full refund until 4 May 2022. After that time, all previously stated cancellation policies will apply.

If the meeting transitions to a fully virtual event or is cancelled in its entirety, the ISSCR's responsibility is limited to only the registration fees paid. The ISSCR is not responsible for other expenses incurred such as airfare and/or hotel accommodation expenses.

By registering for this meeting, you understand that you will receive transaction-related communications through email.

By registering for this meeting, you agree that your image or recording may be used by the ISSCR in future promotional communications. Further, if you are attending in person, you agree to present proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to being permitted to enter any meeting venue. In person registrants will be required to wear a mask at all times during the meeting, except when eating and drinking.

By registering for this meeting, you agree to abide by the communications, recording, and media embargo policy. Media Embargo: Intent to communicate or disseminate results or discussion presented at the meeting is prohibited until the start of each individual presentation. Media inquiries related to registration, speakers, or the program should be directed to [email protected]. 

By registering for the ISSCR 2022 Annual Meeting and/or the Workshop on Clinical Translation, you agree to the ISSCR Code of Conduct policy as well as the policies listed above. The ISSCR prohibits any form of harassment, sexual or otherwise. Incidents should immediately be reported to the ISSCR at [email protected].

To register for the ISSCR 2022 Annual Meeting and/or the Workshop on Clinical Translation for in-person or virtual attendance:
-Sign in with your ISSCR credentials or create an account.
-Select "Register Myself."
-Select whether you will attend the Annual Meeting and/or the Workshop on Clinical Translation in-person or virtually.
NOTE: You must choose in-person or virtual attendance for all events. (For example, you cannot attend the Annual Meeting virtually and the Workshop on Clinical Translation in-person or vice versa.)
-Answer all required questions, then select "Save Responses."
-Optional: Add any optional sessions to your registration. NOTE: Some sessions require a fee.

Once complete, you may then proceed to checkout for payment. Payment can be made with any major credit card. Please contact [email protected] to request an alternative method of payment, such as a check or wire transfer, by 6 June 2022. After 6 June 2022, registration payment must be made with a credit card to ensure your registration is fully processed by the start of the meeting.
