Step by Step Registration Instructions 

  Registration Details The ISSCR 2023 Annual Meeting will be held in person and virtually. All registrants will have access to the virtual meeting platform and programming on demand for 30 days after the event. Visit the registration page to review which components of the program are available in-person and/or virtually. Note that not all content will be livestreamed and/or recorded for our virtual audience.

Workshop Day The Workshop Day will take place on Tuesday, 13 June 2023 and may be added to your in-person ISSCR 2023 registration for an additional fee. In the morning, join us for the extremely popular Workshop on Clinical Translation and in the afternoon learn about Stem Cells in Space. These are in-person opportunities only. Workshop Day will only be held in-person and will not be live streamed or recorded.

Payment Registration payment can be made online with a credit card. Please contact [email protected] to request an alternate method of payment, such as a check or wire transfer. All fees are in U.S. Dollars.

  Please note that the ISSCR will accept check and wire payments until 5 June 2023. After this date registration must be paid by credit card in order to guarantee that your registration is fully processed by the start of the meeting.

Cancellation & Refund Deadline: 3 May 2023 To cancel your registration, submit your request in writing by 3 May 2023 to [email protected]. Registration fees will be refunded minus a $150.00 USD cancellation fee for the Annual Meeting and/or a $100.00 USD cancellation fee for the Workshop Day. An additional fee may be added if the refund must be made via wire transfer. No refunds will be granted after the cancellation deadline of 3 May 2023. 

You may also transfer an in-person registration to a virtual registration through 3 May 2023. Virtual registrations may be transferred to in-person registrations for a fee. 
If the ISSCR 2023 Annual Meeting transitions to a fully virtual event, all in-person registrations will automatically be converted into virtual registrations and the price difference will be refunded to you. The refunded amount will be calculated based on your registration date. Should a registrant choose not to attend the virtual event, the registrant will be eligible to request a full refund until 3 May 2023. After 3 May 2023 no refunds will be issued.

If the meeting transitions to a fully virtual event or is cancelled in its entirety, the ISSCR's responsibility is limited to the registration fees paid. The ISSCR is not responsible for other expenses incurred such as airfare and/or hotel accommodation expenses.

By registering for this meeting, you understand that you will receive transaction-related communications through email. Further, you agree that your image or recording may be used by the ISSCR in future promotional communications.

By registering for the in-person Annual Meeting and/or Workshop Day, you verify that you are vaccinated for COVID-19 and agree to present proof of COVID-19 vaccination and/or a negative COVID-19 test if requested. You agree to release the ISSCR (International Society for Stem Cell Research) and its sponsors and exhibitors, and their employees and agents, from and against claims, liabilities and expenses arising from injury, sickness or death from contraction or spread of COVID-19 or other communicable disease due to travel to, or attendance at, an ISSCR event. You agree to take necessary precautions to ensure your safety and that of others. By registering, you agree not to attend any ISSCR event if you feel sick or have had recent exposure to COVID-19.
