Overview
The Sao Paulo International Symposium will be held in-person and virtually. All registrants will have access to the virtual meeting platform and programming on-demand for 30 days after the event. Become an ISSCR member to take advantage of discounted registration rates!
Registration payment can be made using any major credit card. Alternative methods of payment, such as a check or wire transfer, can be requested by contacting [email protected]. Please note that the ISSCR will only accept alternative methods of payment before 7 September 2023, after which registration must be paid for by credit card. This guarantees that your registration is processed before the start of the meeting.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Deadline: 16 August 2023
To cancel your registration, a written request must be submitted to [email protected] before the deadline. Registration fees will be refunded minus a $150.00 USD cancellation fee. To transfer your in-person registration to virtual, a written request must be submitted to [email protected] before the deadline for no additional fee. No refunds will be granted after 16 August 2023.
If the 2023 Sao Paulo International Symposium transitions to a fully virtual event, in-person registration will automatically be transferred to a virtual registration and the price difference will be refunded based on the time of registration. Should a registrant choose not to attend the fully virtual event, the registrant is eligible to request a full refund of the registration up by providing a written request to [email protected] by 16 August 2023. After that time, all previously stated cancellation policies will apply.
If the event is transferred to a virtual event or cancelled in its entirety, ISSCR's responsibility is limited to only the registration fees paid. ISSCR is not responsible for other expenses incurred such as airfare and hotel accommodations.
Terms and Conditions
By registering for this meeting, you understand that you will receive transaction-related communications through email. Further, you agree that your image or recording may be used by the ISSCR in future promotional communications.
By registering for the in-person 2023 Sao Paulo International Symposium, you verify that you are vaccinated for COVID-19 and agree to You agree to release the ISSCR (International Society for Stem Cell Research) and its sponsors and exhibitors, and their employees and agents, from and against claims, liabilities and expenses arising from injury, sickness or death from contraction or spread of COVID-19 or other communicable disease due to travel to, or attendance at, an ISSCR event. You agree to take necessary precautions to ensure your safety and that of others. By registering, you agree not to attend any ISSCR event if you feel sick or have had recent exposure to COVID-19. By registering for the 2023 Sao Paulo International Symposium, you agree to the ISSCR Code of Conduct as well as the policies listed above. The ISSCR prohibits any form of harassment, sexual or otherwise. Incidents should immediately be reported to the ISSCR at [email protected].
